Internet Home Banking
Welcome to our Internet Home Banking service. All members are eligible to use this product. However, before you can access Home Banking, you will need to sign the appropriate papers to get started.
Once signed up, you will receive a 4-digit PIN (personal identification number) for Internet Home Banking and our audio response product, TouchTone Teller.
The first time you enter the Internet Home Banking product, you will be asked to create a new user ID and a PIN of your own choosing. We no longer use account numbers for access to home Banking. For this user ID, you can use letters and numbers in place of the account number. When creating your PIN, please use a minimum of 5 characters; that is, use 5 or more letters or numbers in combination. No caps, please. You will also be asked to set up some challenge questions for our multi-factor authentification process. Another security feature has been added since January 2012. You will now be assigned a temporary Challenge PIN that will be sent to your cell phone or email address. (We have found that if you send it to your cell phone, it is much faster.) You'll need your cell phone handy or your email account already open to receive the 5 digit PIN (or answer). Once you've received the PIN (or answer), insert the number on the challenge page and continue. You will be asked to authorize the computer you are on. If you don't, you will be asked to do this Challenge PIN each time you log on. At places that offer computers for the public use, you should not authorize them.
If using TouchTone Teller, please create PINS that contain numbers only.
